Not medical advice

Elderfriend helps you organise medicines and tell your family how you are. It does not diagnose, treat or replace a doctor, pharmacist or nurse. Always follow your doctor's instructions.

Not an emergency service

Nobody monitors Elderfriend. The SOS button tells the family and caregivers you linked; it does not call an ambulance, police or fire service. In an emergency call your local emergency number (Vietnam 115, 113, 114; United States 911).

Reminders are an aid

Reminders depend on your phone, its battery, settings and network. Check the phone is not in a mode that blocks alarms. Elderfriend cannot guarantee that every reminder arrives.

AI-assisted news and music

News summaries are collected and written with the help of artificial intelligence and checked by an editor before they appear. They may contain mistakes or be out of date, are for general information only, and are not advice. Check important facts at the original source linked in each story. Songs may be made with AI; shared songs are checked by an administrator.

CareService and Find a Caregiver

Elderfriend only connects people who offer care and people who need it. It does not employ, check or supervise anyone and is not responsible for what happens between you. Verify who you meet, agree prices and terms yourself and never send money in advance to someone you have not met.

Plans and ads

Where ads are shown they are provided by Google AdMob; they never use your health information. Elderfriend is not responsible for products or services advertised.
