In the app
- Open Elderfriend and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What is erased
Your profile; medicines, photos and reminder history; check-ins and SOS history; thoughts, comments, songs and voice messages; links to caregivers and elders; recordings and uploaded photos.
What is kept, and for how long
Records we must keep by law, such as payment records, for the period required (5 years). Encrypted backups are overwritten within about 35 days. Evidence that you accepted our terms may be kept without your content (for as long as needed to show that you gave consent, and for no longer than 5 years).
Cannot sign in?
Email cs@elderfriend.vn from the address or tell us the phone number on the account. We verify it is you and delete the account within 30 days.
Only some data
To stop optional sharing (usage data) turn it off in Settings, About. To remove a single item, delete it in the app.
