ElderfriendTerms of Use
1. Who may use Elderfriend
Adults, and older adults with help from a family member or caregiver. You must give correct information and keep your password safe.
2. What Elderfriend provides
Reminders, SOS messages, check-ins, news summaries, music, games and ways to connect families and caregivers, as described on this site. Features may change. Read the Disclaimer: Elderfriend is not medical advice and not an emergency service.
3. Your content
You keep your content. You allow Elderfriend to store and show it to the people you choose in order to provide the service. Shared songs, thoughts and comments must be yours to share and are checked by an administrator.
4. Rules
No unlawful, abusive or misleading content; no attempts to break or overload the service; do not impersonate others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed by Google Play and renew until you cancel; see Plans. Refunds follow Google Play's policy.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Elderfriend is provided as is and the operator is not liable for indirect loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam, and the courts of Vietnam decide disputes about them. Consumer rights that the law of the country where you live gives you and that cannot be waived are not affected.
8. Changes and contact
When these terms change we raise the version and the app asks you to read them again. Contact: cs@elderfriend.vn.
